Lake Travis cruising videos, Sunsation and Spectre

Post by Captain YARRR » Thu Oct 23, 2014 7:36 am

Hey guys,

Met up with Matt and his brother Mike from the Clear Lake area this weekend. Both have awesome 30 ft Spectre cats. Had a great cruise up Lake Travis to where the lake splits off to the Pedernales.

Matt took a couple videos of my boat and I have some coming of his ride soon.

Nice,
Is lake Travis to low on water to run? it's something like 48% full?... is that true?

there is still plenty of water in travis. it has its deep parts and low parts. the hardest part is getting on the lake with the minimal ramps that are open.

Yeah it's still plenty deep and because it's low it's opening up some fun new things like big sandy beaches etc.

It's just not as pretty!
